Register for a My Access Florida Account if you're interested in applying for Florida foster care. For Florida foster care to be available, you will need a MyAccess account. You can do so in two ways: online or in the mail. First, you will need to decide how you would prefer to receive notifications about the case. If you would like to receive email notifications about your case, select email. Next, accept the terms of the service and go through the checklist. Once you've reviewed the checklist you can access your MyAccess Florida account.

To open a MyAccess account for Florida, you will first need to create an Account. To access your account, you will need a UserID and password. To retrieve your account, click the "forgot my account" link. If that fails, contact the Florida DCF Call Center. Customers can reach customer service representatives from 7 am to 6pm Monday through Friday, 8am to noon Saturday, and 1pm to 5pm Sunday.

A MyAccess account is required if you reside in Florida and need access to your EBT cards information. This account will allow you to access your information around the clock. To reset your password, click the forgot password link once you have created an account. You can contact the Florida DCF Customer Call Center if you forget your password. Representatives can be reached seven days per week, from 7 AM to 6 PM, and weekends from 1 PM to 5 PM. Customers service representatives are also available to answer your questions and provide assistance.

After you have selected security questions, you are able to proceed with the creation of your account. After completing the registration process, MyAccess Florida can be used. A confirmation email will be sent with the instructions to reset your password. MyAccess Florida can be used to view public information and other account features. To log in, you will need your MyAccess Florida password and User ID. After entering these details, click on the "Sign in" button to get started with MyAccess Florida. Next, you'll be taken back to MyAccess Florida.
